“I’ve had the pleasure of living with Simon and West for multiple years. Their infectiously positive energy has truly changed my life, and they are the best men I know. When they started their online classes in March, I had the honor of working out alongside them, and the many people who would join online. And wow, let me tell you. Being able to work out 4-5 times a week, and get considerably stronger has made me feel more energized and loving to myself and others. The style of training is about pushing YOUR hardest, and being honest and kind to yourself. I can personally say that as a chronically depressed person. West, Simon and the Life Of Gains have shown me that I/anyone has the strength to actively choose to heal and to see more beauty in life. "Life of gains and I kicked off a journey of self love and strength. When I started back in May I could do a couple (6) push ups and weighed 114lbs. Through motivation and constant reminders from Simon and West and my close friends I am now 127lbs mostly muscle lol and can knock out any push ups, for 50sec!! Working out while at home can be dreadful and unmotivational. Being a part of the Life of Gains community pushed me to better my self along with everyone. Thank you"

“October 2019 I was 157lbs. the heaviest I had ever been in my life. I knew I had to do something about it. I had no energy, all I wanted to do was sleep. I was in nursing school and I told myself how can I take care of my patients if I don't take care of myself. That is when I decided to join my cousin Pink and started to workout with West. We were working out 2-3 times a week at the time. I hit many bumps along the way. I felt discouraged at times, but West was always there pushing me to be better. He never gave up on me.”

“I started at LOG in December 2018 after being cut from the basketball team at my school (due to a lack of conditioning). I had to head to the House of Gains (lol throwback) right after school, so I didn't have time to swing by McDonalds or Chipotle, just right to the gains. I finally lost the weight I had always struggled to lose. Seeing my results made me fall in love with the grind. But, after a volleyball injury, I took a break from LOG to recover. I returned to my old eating habits, stopped working out, and gained all of my weight back, around 245 lb. In February, my self-esteem was at an all-time low, and I resorted to starvation. This happened for about a month and I lost about fifteen pounds, but I was not proud of it. When quarantine started and LOG announced the free Zoom workouts, I saw an opportunity to get out of this terrible habit. I started working out and returned to normal eating habits, and I felt infinitely better. I always remember Simon’s words of, “even if you cheat, you lose.” Now, I’m at my goal weight of about 200-205 lb, and I’m feeling better than ever, all thanks to my boys Simon and West.”

“March 2020: I’d hit a plateau on my journey to a healthier lifestyle. Then COVID hit. My job turned virtual. Gyms were closed and on top of that I stopped running outside. I was afraid to catch anything and give it to my son. So I quarantined but I already knew what it would do to my health. Thanks to Life of Gains, I was able to keep off the weight and lost 15 more lbs thanks to the free workout with Simon and West on zoom. What really astounded me was not the number on the scale, but my body shape. It changed and I was so pleased with the results. Thank you Simon and West for all the hard work you both put in this year. You guys changed up the game during Quarantine and I can’t thank you enough.”
