WHY CARE ABOUT NUTRITION?

For real, good nutrition comes before the gym. In this day and age, it’s so hard to maintain good nutrition throughout the week. An overload of information and misinformation causes many people to ping-ping between diets and fads. We often prioritize everything else in life (work, partying, etc.) over what we put into our bodies—and that’s backwards.

We know that every body is different and nutritional needs can vary widely. We believe in balance and work to help all our members feel more confident about their choices. We also

help our community to establish and keep good habits for all the elements that work together in a healthy system: food, hydration, rest, and attitude.
