ONE MONTH PROGRAM
5 days a week, no equipment needed, the workouts you'll be doing are body weight exercises and this can be done anywhere. I know you can do it, challenge yourself and when it starts to get easier, push yourself harder and get as many repetitions you can!
This program is designed for all levels, all you'll need is just you and your body. Be ready to have fun and learn how amazing your body is. This is not in sequential order. Pick and choose the Coredio (Core/Cardio) or HIIT trainings you want to concentrate on for the day.
